“Everytime you get upset at something, ask yourself if you were to die tomorrow, was it worth your time being angry?”
This is a great reminder to stop and think about it when we are angry. It’s likely unnecessary and not worth it. It’s so true. When we really contemplate some things we do and say, we may see they aren’t worth the energy & space they take up. How about replacing them with more positive, loving enery, words, thoughts, & actions?
